1. Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a brick-and-mortar store. We operate entirely online through our e-commerce website. You can shop for our products at thegreengoddess.store.
2. Do you offer shipping?
No, we currently do not offer shipping. We focus on serving the local Ottawa, Ontario community to reduce emissions and support sustainability efforts. By limiting packaging and transportation, we minimize waste and costs, benefiting both our business and our customers.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash or e-transfer upon pick up. E-transfers can be sent to nurture.greengoddess@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the memo for reference. These payment methods have been selected because they are convenient and secure.
4. Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you notice an issue with your order, please let us know at pick up, and we will address the issue promptly.

6. Why don't most of your products have physical labels?
We minimize the use of physical labels to reduce waste and keep costs lower, allowing us to pass the savings onto our customers. Additionally, this practice ensures that our packaging is reusable, such as our candle jars and gift boxes. 7. Do you offer e-gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer e-gift cards. However, we appreciate your interest and may consider them in the future. In the meantime, you can explore our gift sets as an alternative.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may contact us to cancel your order if needed. However, once payment has been received and your order has been picked up, all sales are final. Orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please review your order details carefully before completing your order. If you notice an issue with your order, please tell us immediately at pick up.
